Shipping + Returns
All limited edition prints and Handmade items can be delivered to other countries, unless mentioned otherwise. The costs vary, depending on the print and the country you want it to be delivered.
I absolutely guarantee your satisfaction and that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on our website. Defective and damaged prints will be immediately replaced (take pictures of the damages you found). If you change your mind about your artwork, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, as artworks have to be made specifically for your order. This does not affect our statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations.
End-to-End Carbon Neutral
Delivery is carbon neutral from order through to delivery. Packaging is also 95% plastic free.
Packaging
I take great care in ensuring the artwork is safe, efficient and protected delivered. The art is covered with tissue paper and bubble wrap, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Wrapped up your order is placed into a robust cardboard tube, secured and sealed at both ends.

All orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days.
Germany, UK & Ireland * 1-3 business days
Europe * 2-8 business days
Rest of the world * 8-21 business days
Please note that there can be delays due to customs handling.
Shipment outside EU
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted of the amount refunded to you.
Returns
Corina Bouweriks Art & Photography ensures the highest quality. If you are, however, not satisfied with your item, please get in touch with me. You may return your products within 15 days from the date you received it. The product must be returned complete, unused and in the original packaging. Upon return we refund the price of the product excluding the shipping costs.
I have not received my art
If you placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation by email, please contact me and let me check what went wrong. Please do not order again in order to prevent double orders.
can i cancel my order
If you want to cancel your order, please call me immediately at +31 6 48 14 14 03 (Dutch office hours). I can not guarantee that I can solve this because every product is custom, made-to-order. When you’ve placed your order outside the office hours, weekend or can’t reach me by phone, please send me an email.
Can I return my order after receiving it?
I really hope that you like the work and it is what you expected. Sometimes colors can look a bit different as you have seen it on your screen due to colour settings of your screen. My screen is calibrated at least once a week when making my art & printed with matching colour profiles. If there’s another reason you’re not happy, please send me an email and explain what is wrong and I will do my utmost to find a satisfying solution.
DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED
For any order that is damaged, or in some way defective, I will send a replacement print free of charge, and cover the delivery costs of a replacement. Under some circumstances I can also offer a refund at this point.
Please note: in case of a ‘damaged delivery’ you should not throw the art or its packaging away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected piece and your order to me. Once the damaged print has been received and inspected, I will refund you for the cost of the art sale, or, in some cases refund you for the cost of the art sale.
